The Remains of a Church Organ

This art work is a fantasy, a reminiscence of long gone church organ and human ­vocies sounding together. The basis for this composition is three old and destroyed organ pipes I got from the German Church in Stockholm. The pipes are recorded and digitally manipulated in several ways and a total of nine sound files based on the organ pipes were produced. The files are ­randomly played through programming in ­programing language Pure data. All other sound is generated randomly through an oscillator within Pure data.
